Are returns still accepted?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. As we are preparing to close our doors for good, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team before sending any return, so we can guide you through the process.
Will you restock after the sale?
No, this is our final clearance. After 37 years of passion and dedication, Eleanor is closing her boutique for good in 2026. Once the stock is gone, each piece will be gone forever — never to return.
Can I still track my order?
